  1. You are a good leader Paul and yes motivation is always good to remind us to stay focused and not run around like a chicken with its head cut off. Your integrity is big, you can’t hide it. I honor you and thank you for caring for others. Lay it on us, the good, bad and ugly – if we can’t take it we won’t make it. You remind me a little of Ryan Hauser, he mentioned you in one of his Webinars. Don’t think he would have done that if you were not all that….thank you!

  2. Thanks Paul
My question is how do you know a good team to join ? How do you know a good team leader? What made you join the team you currently on.

    • Hey Eric that is a great question. When I saw how our team was going above and beyond to help the team by providing training, support and tools I knew it was a good place to be. When I started listening to the leaders and what they were saying I could tell they were servant leaders. How do you know who is a good leader? I would say by their actions. Are they setting the example? Are they willing to help? Or they focused? Just somethings I look for.
