The Shoulder Blast Workout

Hey Workd Ones! Today is day 9 of the workouts. How are you doing with them? Have you been keeping up with the workouts. I sure hope so, because if you are you should be starting to see some results. You should have a little more energy as well. If you have not started yet today is your day to get on board. You don’t need much equipment or a gym membership to get in shape. Just come workout with me for only a few minutes a day and get in the best shape of your life. I am not trying to trick you here. I know what you are probably thinking. Doing a workout for such a little amount of time is a waste of time and does not work.  I know these workouts will get you results. Not only that, I do these workouts too. I know exactly what they feel like and how challenging they may be. I am doing my best to make them simple to follow. For me if a routine is too complicated I won’t do it. I prefer simple and easy to understand. Today is your day to start on your journey to the best shape of your life. You can do it. Go ahead and watch the video below to see how the workout goes and then get started. Think about how great you are going to feel 30 days from now when you have lost some weight, built up your cardiovascular endurance and muscle endurance. Today’s workout consist of 3 exercises. They are the Pushup, Good Morning with a Sand bag, and Shoulder Press with a Sand bag. If you do not have a sand bag you can use resistance bands, soup cans or just about anything with weight you can lift over your head. Set your interval timer for 24 rounds. You will be doing the exercises in a circuit. Each exercise is done for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds and move to the next exercise. Continue with this pattern until you have completed 24 rounds or 12:00 minutes. Do each exercise for your maximum reps during the 20 second exercise time.
