The Jump It, Push It, Pull It Workout

Hey Workd Ones!

I do hope you are enjoying the workouts. Today is day 4 of posting these. How are you doing so far? Remember if you cannot do everything yet that is fine. It will take some time, but believe me you will improve as long as you keep doing the workouts. Each workout is a full body workout. That means you are getting an overall workout that is going to get you fit in no time at all. Those jeans that you have been trying to get into you will now be able to wear with pride. I know you can do it. All it takes is showing up everyday and doing the workouts I post. Now I know I do not have fancy videos and I will admit it does make it more fun, but I do give you all the tools you need to reach your goals. You do not need a gym to get in the best shape of your life. All you need is a total body workout that is going to get your heart rate up and push you to reach new limits. I promise to bring you workouts that are simple and easy to follow. My goal is to get as many people fit as I can. That means you! What are you waiting for? Today’s workout consists of 4 different exercises. You will need to set your interval timer to 32 rounds of 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest. You will be working out for a total of 16 minutes. Do the exercises in order starting with Neutral Back Row, then Side Lunges, Band Flys, and finally single jumping rope. Do as a circuit and continue in order until all 32 rounds are up.

Workout Time: 16 minutes

Equipment needed:
Interval Timer, Jump rope, resistance band

Neutral Back Row
Side lunges
Band Flys
Jumping Rope
