Standing On One Leg Workout

Hey Workd Ones! Today is day 20 of doing workouts 5 days a week. That means we have completed 4 full weeks of doing total body workouts. How many of you have done all 20 workouts? I would really enjoy reading your comments on how this process has been for you so please do not hesitate to write a comment. If you have not started go ahead and start today. You can start from anywhere you like because each workout is different each day. Just make sure you start that is all that matters. Make a commitment and stick to it.

You will see in today’s video that I was not in any mood to workout. This is ok and it happens to the best of us. For me it is important to finish what I set out to do. That was to bring you workouts you can do at home for a full 4 weeks 5 days a week. I have had many days where I did not feel like setting up the camera and then going through everything it takes to bring these workouts to you. It all comes down to commitment and making sure you honor it. You do that things happen and you get what you set out to do done. After you finish today’s workout I want you to do something to reward yourself. Do something that is fun or just walk around with your head held high and be proud. You have come so far in such a little amount of time. Enjoy your week of active rest and make sure to keep coming back here for more workouts you can do at home for all for FREE. If you like what I am doing please tell your friends and family so more and more people can get in their best shape ever. This is very important because without your help I will not be able to help others to get healthy and change their lives. That is really what I am all about. I want to get as many people in their best shape as I can.  So please help me out and tell as many people as you know that they can get free workouts that they can do at home or anywhere they desire that work and will have them getting results they cannot only see, but also feel.

Today’s Workout

Time: 12 minutes
Equipment: interval timer, sandbag
Exercises: One Leg Row, Alternating Shoulder Press, Squat/Good Morning Combo

Set your interval timer to 12 rounds. You will be doing 50 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. You will do each exercise as a circuit. Continue doing the circuit until you have completed all 12 rounds.
