Punch It All Away Workout

Hi Workd Ones! We made it another week. I am sure you are really feeling the effects of this weeks workouts. Today I wanted to change the workout up a bit. I know my legs are very sore today so today’s workout is more of a cardio style workout. You do not need any equipment for this routine. All you need is your interval timer. To really get the most from this workout I want you to give it your all. You need to do every exercise as fast as you possibly can. If you do this you will not be thinking this was an easy workout. When you watch the video you will hear a helicopter in the background. For some reason it just kept coming back over and over again. Funny thing is when I was done it was nowhere to be seen. I guess this just goes with exercising outdoors. I want you to notice I do not need a lot of space to perform this routine. So you can do this one anywhere you like. I hope you enjoy this one and have a very restful weekend.

Today’s workout consist of just 3 exercises. They are 10 Jabs 10 crosses combo, Uppercuts, and Steam Engines. You need to set your interval timer to 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest for a total of 24 rounds. Do exercise exercise as a circuit and continue until you have completed all 24 rounds.

I wanted to just make a quick comment. I know my punches are not technically perfect. I am doing this for exercise and not to fight someone. Throwing punches is not something I have much training in so I apologize for that. I do know though as long as you move and do not lock out your elbows you will get a great workout and just because it may not be as technically sound as it could be I would rather you be burning calories and getting in great shape than to spend hours trying for perfection and not doing much of anything.
