Planks and Bridges Workout

Hi Workd Ones! I hope you were able to get in yesterdays workout. Today we are shortening the time by 4 minutes. Today’s workout is only 12 minutes long and consists of just 3 exercises. The exercises are Plank Pushups, Standing Elbow to Knee, and the Bridge. The three exercises are done in a circuit. Set your interval timer to 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. You need to set your interval timer to 24 rounds. I shot a video on my own here, so you guys can see how it works. The video only shows the first circuit. I figured demonstrating the one circuit would be enough for you guys to see how it works. I apologize for the video quality and am working on some ways to make this better. My main reason for doing all this though, is to reach as many people as I can. I want to hear and see how all of you have benefited from working out with me. I know you are going to see great results and be very pleased with them as well. If you like the workouts and what I am doing please spread the word. Tell everyone you know how you have found something that works and does not take much time. I know there are more fancy programs with bigger budgets out there. What I can offer you though is simple to follow, effective workouts that you do not need to spend hours doing or trying to figure out. The best thing is these workouts are free.
