Hop Till You Drop Workout

 

Hey Workd Ones! We are almost at 3 straight weeks of working out now. I think that is pretty good and I am sure you are feeling it, and starting to see some results too. If you have not started working out with us yet you can start whenever you like. I am only stating the days because I think it is motivational and something to be proud of. If today is your first day congratulations on getting started and getting in the best shape ever.  If you have been doing all the workouts you should give yourself a pat on the back  and then do a cartwheel because you have accomplished something most people never do so keep up the good work and keep coming back and getting workd. I want to remind you that if you can’t do the whole workout that is perfectly fine. Just do what you can do but still try to push yourself. If you are not out of breath at all and you are saying you are done you can push a little harder. What you put into this is what you are going to get out of it. Keep coming back here for your workouts and I know you will have that body you have been dreaming of in no time.

Today’s workout consists of 4 exercises. They are “T”-Pushups, Diagonal Lunge, Diagonal Chop, and Side to Side Hops. You need to set your interval timer to 32 rounds of 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest. You will do each exercise in a circuit starting with “T”-Pushups for 20 seconds then resting 10 seconds and moving to the next exercise. Continue this pattern until all 32 rounds have been completed. It will take 16 minutes to complete this workout. I want to apologize for the drill sound in the background. Believe it or not I walked way down the beach to get away from that sound but my camera still picked it up and I did not even notice when I was working out.

Equipment: interval timer, medicine ball
Exercises: “T-Pushups, Diagonal Lunge, Diagonal Chop, Side To Side Jumps
