Going In Circles

Hey Workd Ones! How did you like the 400 Rep Workout? I know that one was tough. Today we are back to doing intervals and each exercise is a full body exercise. I used The Ultimate Sandbag in my workout today and it worked great. You can still complete this workout if you do not have it though. You can use your homemade one. You are going to have to really grip it good with your hands since I am assuming your bag does not have handles. Today is Day 19 of doing workouts. That is a total of 4 weeks. I myself can hardly believe it has been 4 weeks. If you have been doing all the workouts great job and keep up the good work. I know you are seeing results by now and probably your energy level has increased. If you have not started yet go ahead and start today. You do not need to start with today’s workout. There are 18 others at this point to choose from. Each workout is done using simple exercises and minimal equipment so you can complete these at home. You do not need much room to do these workouts either. All you need to do them is your will to do them. You can do this completely free as well.

I am putting in the work because I believe that doing this can help you get in the best shape ever. How great is it going to feel when you can go to the beach or the pool and not have to hide behind your towel? How great is it going to feel when you have energy to play with your kids? Start today and you can have this.

I witness people all the time trying to better themselves by going back to school and trying to make more money. What is the point of all this if you do not have your health to enjoy it. Think about it, if you have all the money you could ever want, but your too sick to get out of bed what is the point? Your health should be something you value the most. It affects more than just you too. It affects your friends, your family, your co-workers, and your job performance. You cannot get it in some little pill or a surgery. In order to be healthy you must exercise and eat good food. When I say good food I mean lean meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, omega 3 fats. Bad food is anything processed, fast food. These foods cause nothing but problems, but we consume them because they are convenient even though you know it is bad for you. I am not immune to these things, but I decided to make some changes and one of them was to stop going to fast food restaurants. I went a full year with no fast food. After that only once in awhile. Sure I have a burger once in awhile, but it is not something I do normally. We all struggle with these things and it is not an easy fix. My best advice is to start small. Change one thing and pretty soon you will start to change more. Your working hard to get results, why do you want to squander that all away by not giving your body the fuel it needs? Stay to the outside of the grocery store where the produce and fresh food is. Don’t go to the center aisles where all the processed food is.

Exercise on a normal basis. These things are proven to work and I have never ever met someone that said they wished they did not exercise and eat healthy. It is quite the opposite. They love how they feel and the only regret they have is not starting sooner. I got a little carried away today, but I really felt like this stuff needs to be said. If I could I would come to your house and pull you off that couch and help you get started. One of the excuses I can’t stand and is a real pet peeve of mine is when people tell me they are not ready to workout. I think in my head how are you ever going to start if you are not ready. Is sitting on the couch really getting you ready? Is stuffing your face with chips going to get you ready? Is thinking about it really going to change anything. Throw all that nonsense out the window and get started to a new healthy fit you today. I would not tell you this if I did not practice it myself. You can see I workout because it is recorded on video. I practice what I preach and I believe in it. What do you believe in? That is what it really comes down to. I have said it many times and I will keep saying it. You make a commitment to yourself and you stick to it. Respect yourself by honoring your commitment. Don’t let anything get in the way and just keep going. If you do this there is no possible way you will fail. You will reach your goals and you will get to places you never thought or dreamed you can get to. Start today by joining me in a workout online. Do this daily or at least 3 times a week. Today’s Workout

Time: 12 minutes
Equipment: Interval Timer and Sandbag
Exercises: Sandbag Snatch, Sandbag Circles, Single Leg Dead Lift with Sandbag

Do each exercise as a circuit. Set your interval timer to 24 rounds. Your are going to be doing 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Continue doing circuit until you have completed all 24 rounds.
