Get Over The Hump Workout

Hey Workd Ones! I have to be honest today I did not feel like doing a workout. I am sore all over and it would of been very easy for me to take a day off. I know though from experience when you start taking a day off more will follow so I got the workout in anyway. I know a lot of you are probably feeling very similar. You are probably feeling pretty sore and may not feel like workout out today. It is ok to feel like that because we all do. What you have to do is get past that feeling and just go and do what you have decided and committed yourself to do. Don’t fall victim to the taking a day off which leads to another and another and before you know it your back to where you started. Instead honor your commitment to yourself and keep workout hard. You are going to get results and you probably already are getting results. If you have not started the workouts today is a great day to start. You can do them anywhere, anytime you want. The point is just do them and do them consistently. I can’t make you do them but I know if you do you will get results fast.

Today’s workout consist of 3 different exercises. These are Standing Alternating High Row with a resistance band, Jump Squats, and Shoulder Press with Twist using a Sandbag. Set your interval timer to 24 rounds, 20 seconds exercise, and 10 seconds rest. You will do the 3 exercises in a circuit and continue until you have completed all 24 rounds.

Time: 12.00 minutes
Equipment: Resistance bands, interval timer, sandbag
Exercises: Standing Alternating High Row with resistance band, Jump Squat, Shoulder Press with Twist with sandbag
