Get It Now Workout

 

Hey Workd Ones! Today is day 10 since starting the workouts at home. After today you get to have two days of rest to recover. Today’s workout is really going to have you feeling it. If you are not sweating after this workout then you are not pushing yourself hard enough. If you have been keeping up with me after today you have completed a full 10 days of working out. By now you should be feeling stronger, have more energy, and you might have even lost a little weight. These workouts do work if you do them. I keep them as simple as I can so you can follow them at home with ease. The videos are short so you can see how to do the routine then go for it. I do not want to make you sit through a long workout when you are already in the mindset that you want to get a workout in. If you have been keeping up with the workouts great job. If you have not start today. You can start this anytime you want. There are now ten different routines you can choose. They will all get your heart rate up, have you burning calories, and get you stronger, learner and healthier in a very short amount of time. Today’s workout consist of 4 exercises. You need to set your interval timer to 32 rounds of 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest. Do each exercise for 20 seconds then rest 10 before moving to the next exercise. The workout is done as a circuit so you keep going in the order of the circuit until you complete all 32 rounds. The exercises are Sandbag Bent Over Row, Squat (sandbag is optional), Burpees, and Jumping Jacks. Remember do the best you can. If you do not have a sandbag you can use resistance bands for the row but just do a standing row instead.
