Don’t Get Blown Away Workout

Hey Workd Ones! Today we are starting week 3 day 11. I hope you had a fun weekend and are ready to work again. I am ready to bring you more free workouts you can do at home. Today’s workout consist of 4 exercises for a total of 16 minutes. This workout is a complete body workout and you should be feeling great once you are done. Are you starting to see results yet? I know I have been and I am sure you are too if you have been doing the workouts. If you have not done a workout yet you can start today. Just watch the video below and get to it. I want to apologize for the wind noise in the video. When this was filmed it was a very windy day. That should not stop you from working out though. Remember if you can’t do the whole thing do the best you can. If you continue to do the workout you will be able to do the whole thing in no time. The key to getting results is doing the workouts and being consistent with them. I am bringing you workouts 5 days a week so that should take care of the consistency. Now the doing it part, well that is on you. You can see in the videos that we are doing them. You can hear in our voices just how out of breath we are. Excuses get you only to the place you already are. End the excuses and start working out with Workd Fitness today.

Today’s workout consist of 4 exercises. They are the Medicine Ball Front Chop, “V” ups, X’s and Plank Jacks. You are going to need to set your interval timer to 32 rounds. Your exercise time is 20 seconds and your rest time is 10 seconds. You will do the entire workout as a circuit. Continue in this order until your 16 minutes are up or you have completed the 32 rounds. You should be trying to get as many reps in as you can per 20 seconds. By the end of the workout you will have completed each exercise a total of 8 times.
