Count The Conversations, Not The Conversions

Three things you should be focusing on to build better relationships:

1) Connect
2) Be Genuine
3) Count the conversations not the conversions

So what does that all mean and how does it related to marketing?

Well when it comes to Network Marketing it has everything to do with it.

You should be connecting with people. This is not a time to pitch your business, but more of a time to just get to know them. Ask questions about them and get an understanding who they really are and share who you are.

Its an opportunity for you to say hello and ask how their day is going.

Next is be genuine. In other words be you. Be real and authentic and don’t try to be something you’re not.

Finally, count the conversations, not the conversions.

Now that one is powerful and the reason is the conversions will come if you build relationships.  Its not about making a sale every single time you talk to someone.

Its about getting to know what they need and showing you care.

Meet people on their level. Remember this is a people business and the more connections you make the more sales will come as a result. Not only that you will develop a loyal following that will stick with you instead of alway looking elsewhere for the next best thing.
