Bent and Twisted Workout

Hey Workd Ones! Here is today’s workout. All you need for today’s workout is a sandbag and a timer. This workout consists of 300 reps and you are doing it for time to see how long it takes you to complete. You can do these workouts almost anywhere you choose. They do not require a lot of space or equipment. How great will it be to be able to go out and show off your rock hard body! Just think how you are going to feel when you no longer need to hide or feel uncomfortable. We are not only doing this for looks though. We are continuing to workout because we want to be healthy, have energy and and just feel great. That is the reason you should be exercising anyway. Throw away your scale and concentrate on doing the best you can each and every workout. You will start to notice your clothes feeling differently anyway. The scale is just going to bring you down and does not always reflect what you think it does. Instead of being concerned with how much weight you have lost concentrate on how you feel and how much stronger you are getting. Think back to where you were when you started and where you are today. I am sure you are amazed with your progress. Have fun with today’s workout.

Today’s Workout

Time: How fast can you complete 3 rounds for a total of 300 reps
Equipment: Interval Timer, and Sandbag
Exercises: 20 Stiff Leg Deadlifts, 10 Twisted Push-ups, 20 Bent Over Rows with Sandbag turned lengthwise, 50 High Knees
Do for a total of 3 rounds
