9 Foods To Avoid

Canned Tomato– BPA a toxic chemical avoid canned foods entirely especially canned foods like tomatoes

Processed meats – Sodium Nitrates, Chemical flavorings and dyes

Margarine – Trans Fats, Free Radicals, emulsifiers, Preservatives, hexane other toxic solvents

Vegetable Oils – Highly processed, when consumed in large amounts they distort the

important omega 6 to omega 3 ratio.

Microwave Popcorn – Bags lined with PFOA. When heated the chemical goes into the popcorn

None Organic Potatoes – Chemicals are not permissible on non organic vegetables

Table Salt – No identical to salt body really needs

Soy Protein Isolate -Genetically engineered. Active ingredient disrupts cellular function

linking it to autism

Artificial Sweeteners – stimulate appetite, increase carb craving, stimulates fat storage

and weight gain.

Drinks to stay away from

Regular and Diet Soda

Wine Coolers

Beer

Lemonade

Sports Energy Drinks

Frozen Coffee

 Drinks To Have

Carbonated water with mint leaves

Fresh Green Vegetable Juice

Coconut Water

Iced Green Tea

Iced Dark Roast Organic Coffee

The Dirty Dozen (These are foods you should buy organic)

Apples

Strawberries

Grapes

Celery

Peaches

Spinach

Sweet Bell Peppers

Nectarines

imported Cucumbers

Potatoes

Cherry Tomatoes

Hot Peppers

The Clean 15 list for 2013. These are the items with the least amount of pesticide contamination found so these are not as high of a priority when buying organic.
