400 Rep Workout

Hey Workd Ones! Today I figured I would change things up a bit. We have been doing intervals for over 3 weeks now so today’s workout does not involve any intervals. Today we are completing 400 reps. This workout is going to be very challenging, at least it was for me. I know you can do it though. Make a decision before you start that you are going to get all the way through this one. I had planned to have the whole workout filmed. Unfortunately my camera shut off while I was doing the routine and I did not know this until I had completed my 400 reps. So due to this only one round is shown. You can see how it works though and that is all that really matters. Just know that I was really working hard on the final round. The plan is to eventually get up to 1000 reps. This number seems huge, but I know if we keep working hard we will be able to hit this number. If this is your first workout you might want to drop the rep count down to 200 instead of 400. You are really going to have to dig deep to get through this one. After today we only have 2 more workouts then we are going to be taking an active rest week. Remember this does not mean you just sit around and do nothing. Active means you do active things such as going for walks, bike riding, yoga, Pilates, anything that does not involve high intensity. Your body needs time to rest so make sure you give it some.

Time: However Long it takes
Equipment: stopwatch and jump rope
Exercises: Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, Jump Rope

Do 4 total rounds doing 20 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups, 20 Squats, and 40 Jumps
